founder has an M. Ed. in
Student Affairs and Higher Education and an MS in
Counseling with over 25 years in leadership and organizational development experience. Nycia desired a platform to assist women in achieving their personal goals. She is clearly defined as a successful “beautiful” devoted woman, who truly embodies our motto of "Being the WOMAN who roots for other WOMEN". We are so fortunate to have her as our leader in Gamma Tau Epsilon Sorority, Inc.

Tenille is the Founder and

This Executive Board
member has an A.A.S. in Information Technology, an A.S. in Business Management, a B.S. in Nursing (LPN), and currently completing a B.S. in Public Health with over 20 years experience in nursing, leadership, and information technology. She holds Greek life experience along with building and leading organizations. Her outstanding organizational skills and ability to adapt to a variety of situations makes her a truly amazing president. She strives for excellence in teaching others to accomplish life goals through financial stability, growth, and personal advancement.
